WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR TICKETS? You will need to have all of your and your guest’s personal details to hand before applying, including passport number and your payment card such as Visa. Most importantly, please make sure you have enough funds in your bank or credit card account to pay for the tickets you apply for.

WHERE CAN I APPLY FOR TICKETS?

To purchase a ticket from the allocation specifically made available to the fans of your team, applications can only be made through the PMA Supporters’ Ticketing Website. In order to apply for tickets as a Participating Member Association Supporter (“PMA Supporter”) via this website, you and your guests must satisfy any one or more of the following criteria:

You have the nationality of the respective country of the PMA You are a resident of the respective country of the PMA You are a member of the official PMA Supporters’ Club

Please select the team that you wish to support, you will then be required to create an account by registering your personal details before choosing the tickets you would like to apply for and then provide your payment details. Please note, if you are already registered in FIFA.com you will still be required to create an account through the PMA Supporters’ Ticketing Website.

WHEN CAN I APPLY FOR TICKETS? There will be only one PMA Supporters Sales Phase which will take place as follows:

PMA SUPPORTERS SALES PHASE

The PMA Supporters Sales Phase will run from 08 December, 12:00 CET 2013 (09:00h Brasilia time) to 07 February 2014, 12:00 CET (09:00h Brasilia time). During this application period, you will be able to submit your request online or with a Hard-Ticket Application Form (“HTAF”), if this is applicable for your Member Association.

Should the demand exceed the number of tickets available for the match and category applied for, tickets will be allocated to the successful Applicants via a random selection draw or (if applicable) according to the Member Association’s Fan Club policy.

LAST MINUTE SALES PHASE ON WWW.FIFA.COM/TICKETS AND AT FIFA VENUE TICKETING CENTRES IN BRAZIL The Last Minute Sales phase is “first-come-first-served” and will run from 15 April 2014 until the FIFA World Cup Final on 13 July 2014. Tickets can be applied for at www.fifa.com/tickets (not through the PMA’s Supporters Ticketing Website). You will find out straight away whether you have been successful, so please double check you have enough money in your bank or credit card account when you apply.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AND THEIR PRICES? There will be three categories of tickets made available:

Category 1: is the highest price, and located in prime areas within the stadium. Category 2: is outside of Category 1. Category 3: is outside of Category 1 and 2.

DISABLED ACCESS TICKETS

Are available and priced the same as Category 3 tickets. Each person eligible for disabled access tickets can also request an additional complimentary ticket for her/his companion.

DISCOUNTS

No discounted Tickets will be made available for PMA Supporters residing outside of Brazil

There are no discounts for children; children of all ages need to have a ticket in order to be able to attend a match.

Please note, the ticket applicant can only apply for a maximum of four (4) single tickets of the same category per match (unless otherwise specified by your Member Association) (or eight (8) if the application includes both the Match for the 3rd/4th place and the Final, given that your team only has the possibility of playing in one of these matches).

For example: If you are successful on your application for BOTH the Match for the 3rd place and the Final, and your Member Association plays the Semi Final:

- If your Member Association wins the Semi Final, you will have a Ticket to watch your team playing the Final, but NOT TO ATTEND THE MATCH FOR THE 3RD PLACE.

- If your Member Association loses the Semi Final, you will have a Ticket to watch your team playing the Match for the 3rd Place, but NOT TO ATTEND THE FINAL.

You will be refunded for the Match for which you were successful on your application but that was not played by your Member Association due to the outcome of the Semi Final as outlined in the “CONDITIONAL TEAM SPECIFIC TICKET (CTST)” section below.

These sales restrictions are also applicable should you choose to make ticket applications via the International General Public website located in FIFA.com; applications through different sales channels for the same, or potentially the same Match will be considered a duplication and would be cancelled in line with Section 4.1 onward of the Ticket Sales Regulations for PMA Supporters (available in “Legal” within the menu towards the top of this website). This also applies to Applicants, who have already been successfully allocated a ticket in an earlier General Public sales phase

WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS CAN I APPLY FOR?

TEAM SPECIFIC TICKET (TST)

You will be able to apply for up to three (3) individual Team Specific Tickets for the Member Association you support through this website. These are the tickets available for the three (3) Group Stage Matches played by your Member Association between Match 1 and Match 48.

CONDITIONAL TEAM SPECIFIC TICKET (CTST)

The Conditional Team Specific Tickets are the tickets available for the four (4) Second Round matches that could potentially be played by your Member Association, which may be out of the following five matches: the Round of 16, the Quarter Finals, the Semi Finals, the Match for the 3rd Place and the Final.

Please note, all Conditional Team Specific Tickets are CONDITIONAL upon your Member Association qualifying and progressing throughout the event. Please note that you will be able to apply for both the Match for the 3rd/4th place and the Final, given that your team only has the possibility of playing in one of these matches. If your team is eliminated, your right to be provided with, and use, the ordered Conditional Team Specific Ticket for such Second Round Match will automatically cease to exist. In such cases you will be refunded for the cost of any Second Round Match ticket purchased and not played by your team due to elimination, minus any applicable bank charges and a small handling charge deducted by FIFA equivalent to $10 (up to a maximum of $40 per order), regardless of the number of Second Round Matches you may have covered through your request. The FIFA Ticketing Centre will endeavour to

initiate the refund process of such Conditional TST products approximately 30 days after the day of the Final.

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

You can collect your tickets from one of the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres in host cities within Brazil or you can choose, up until the 07 February 2014 (12:00 CET) to have your order delivered via physical mail. But please be aware that certain tickets may not be delivered by mail. More information on this is available on www.fifa.com/tickets. For example, if you have applied for disabled access tickets you must collect your order in person from a FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre with proof of eligibility or appoint a representative using an official power of attorney to pick up your tickets. Please also note that any applications containing Conditional Tickets for any Second Round matches will not be eligible for delivery. Tickets will not be made available before April 2014.

CAN I RESELL MY TICKETS?

You may not sell, offer for sale, resell, offer at auction, donate act as a commercial agent for another party or otherwise transfer your ticket in any way without the specific prior written consent of FIFA. However, in order to accommodate specific situations which may arise for you, FIFA will establish an official Ticket and Resale platform on www.fifa.com/tickets. This means that tickets can only be made available for resale up to three days prior to the match using the official reselling platform on www.fifa.com/tickets which will be launched on 15 April 2014. You can either choose to resell all or part of your order. If you only choose to sell part of your order, please bear in mind that you will not be able to sell the main applicant’s tickets. But be aware that a ticket returned for resale will only be made available for resale if the category for the match is sold out at the time when the ticket is returned or at a later stage. There is no guarantee that a ticket submitted for resale will actually be resold.

There is a ten per cent (10%) administration fee for reselling tickets. In addition, there will be bank charges if any payment has to be made to the ticket purchaser by bank transfer.

CAN I ALTER THE NAMES OF TICKET HOLDERS?

The main applicant in a ticket order cannot transfer or alter the name on his or her own ticket. The names on all other tickets contained in an order can be changed with FIFA’s

consent, up to three days prior to the match on the transfer platform which will be launched on 15 April 2014 on FIFA.com. Transfer requests will be considered in accordance with the Ticket Transfer and Resale Policy which will be accessible at FIFA.com. There is no charge for this service.
